Once we receive your form, we'll send a link to schedule a one-on-one call to dive deeper. This is where your travel story begins to take shape as you share your tastes and desired level of service.

Crafting Your
Bespoke Itinerary

After securing a Trip Management Fee, our team will design a personalized itinerary for you using our global network. You'll receive a proposal that enables you to visualize your adventure!

Refining to
Perfection

Upon receiving your proposal, take your time to immerse yourself in all of the possibilities. We'll work closely with you to fine-tune every detail of your holiday until it is exactly right.

Securing Your
Experience

Once you're happy with your itinerary and a securing deposit is made, we'll handle all the arrangements. Your only task? Count down to your extraordinary journey while we ensure every detail is flawlessly planned and prepared.

Your Personal
Travel Companion

Approximately two weeks before departure, you'll receive access to your finalized itinerary via our state-of-the-art AXUS travel app. It's like having your luxury travel advisor right in your pocket.
